PEI Group journalist Dominic Webb wins two awards for Responsible Investor at the WTW Media Awards
LONDON, 9 July 2026 – Dominic Webb, Senior Reporter for PEI’s Responsible Investor, has won two awards at the 2026 WTW Media Awards ceremony, held in London.
The WTW Media Awards have recognised excellence in business journalism for more than two decades.
Dominic was named Institutional Investment Journalist of the Year.
This award recognised his coverage of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, a deep dive into whether the UK’s lead on green finance was slipping, and an interview with Allianz Global Investors’ sustainability and impact head Matt Christensen on the firm’s decision to allow defence companies into its ESG portfolios.
Dominic also won Defined Benefit Pensions Journalist of the Year.
This award recognised his coverage of pressure on the UK’s local authority pension funds to divest from companies linked to the Israel-Palestine conflict, a piece on how US state pension funds are beginning to target company directors over AI oversight failings and an interview with Oregon’s newly elected state treasurer on guiding a $100 billion pension fund to net zero amid a shifting political climate.
