PEI Group’s editorial excellence recognised by the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE)
LONDON, 17th June 2026 — PEI Group, the provider of vital intelligence to sharpen private market decisions, has won three awards at NAREE’s 76th Annual Real Estate Journalism Competition, receiving two Silver Awards and one Bronze Award.
Evelyn Lee, editor at PERE, won the Silver Award for Best Commercial Real Estate Trade or B-to-B Magazine Story. She was recognised for PERE’s September 2025 cover story on the leadership transition at Starwood Capital Group, one of the world’s largest real estate managers.
Greg Dool, Americas editor at PERE, won the Silver Award for the Best Real Estate Newsletter Issue for the 16 September edition of PERE’s weekly Blueprint newsletter. The winning issue showcased a full line-up of exclusives from PERE’s global team of journalists, spanning M&A transactions, fundraising news and new firm launches.
The PERE Credit team – editor Samantha Rowan, magazine editor Anna-Marie Beal, senior reporter Shihao Feng and deputy editor Randy Plavajka – was awarded the Bronze Award for Best Commercial Real Estate Trade Magazine for the December 2025 / January 2026 issue of PERE Credit. The edition’s highlights included its cover story focusing on a sharp uptick in loan exits amid increased market liquidity and it became a focal point of discussion at PERE Credit’s conferences at the start of 2026.
